Becoming a Community Partner
Partnering with R3A is simple.
- Complete our Community Partner Interest Form.
- Schedule a brief introductory phone call. 760-671-0031
- Provide your organization's COI, logo and social media information.
- We'll feature your organization on our Social Media platforms and event marketing when applicable.
- Begin collaborating to serve our community.
Free Community Event Participation
Organizations participating in community resource fairs hosted by R3A receive:
- A complimentary vendor space in exchange for a $50 gift to raffle.
- Promotion on event marketing materials (when confirmed before publication)
- Inclusion on our website as a Community Partner
- Opportunities to network with local families and organizations
Community Partner Requirements
To ensure a safe environment for all guests, participating organizations must:
- Be mission-aligned with community service, education, mental health, wellness, or family support.
- Provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) showing General Liability Insurance if participating in activities requiring insurance coverage.
- Supply one raffle prize with an approximate value of $50 (such as a gift basket or gift card).
- Donate one bag of apples or carrots to help support our horses.
- Bring your own table, chairs, canopy, and event materials unless otherwise arranged.
- Conduct activities in a respectful, family-friendly manner.
Participation is free of charge for non profit organization in exchange for the requested raffle donation and horse treats. All other vendors please refer to interest form.
